About the Perris insulation contractor, since 2017

Learned on a city crew, built in Perris

I learned insulation on a municipal crew, sealing and insulating public buildings, and nothing counted as done until it passed the inspector's checklist. That habit never left me. I started Superior Perris Spray Foam Insulation here in 2017, and I still answer the phone and do the walk-throughs myself.

Most of our calls come from homeowners in older houses that never feel comfortable, like a bedroom that's hot upstairs or a room over the garage that's cold all winter, plus some property managers and business owners with a building to sort out. Summers here run hot and winter nights get cold, so a house with thin, gappy insulation is a lot like running the AC with a window cracked. I want you to finish the estimate knowing what's in your attic and why the order of the work matters, because that's how you make a good choice. You can see everything we do from our home page.

What it's like to work with us

  • You see your house before you sign

I show you what I find up there, how many inches are already down and whether it's dry, and I explain why each step comes when it does. Air sealing, which means closing the gaps around can lights, pipes and the hatch, goes first, because new insulation can't do much while a draft blows through it.

  • Work we'd be glad to have inspected

Our trained installers do the work, and I check it before we leave, so the eave vents stay clear and the coverage is just as deep at the edges as in the middle. We keep the job neat and the paperwork straight, the way I learned on a crew where every job got inspected.

  • The honest answer, even when it's smaller

If the old insulation is soaked or full of droppings, we'll tell you it has to come out first, because covering it just buries the problem. Spray foam costs more and seals while it insulates, but sealing the gaps and topping up blown-in insulation, which is loose fill blown through a hose, usually wins unless your ductwork runs through the attic.

  • You reach the person who comes out

When you call (951) 418-3036, you're talking to the same person who'll walk your attic and write the estimate. Call or use our contact form, and you'll hear back within one business day.

Licenses and the rules for your job

Serving Perris Since 2017

  1. California contractor license

The state Contractors State License Board licenses anyone who builds or changes a structure in California, and a license is required when a job needs a building permit, uses any additional workers or totals $1,000 or more in labor and materials. We're licensed and insured, so ask that of anyone bidding on your house.

  2. Perris business license and permits

The City of Perris requires a business license before a company does business in the city, and that license counts only inside Perris city limits. When a job needs a permit, we pull it through the city or county building office and set up the inspection, or we'll walk you through what the office asks for if you'd rather pull it as the owner.
