Superior Perris Spray Foam Insulation, perrisinsulation.com, contact@perrisinsulation.com

Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of the Superior Perris Spray Foam Insulation website and any work you hire us to do. When you browse the site, send us a request or accept an estimate, you're agreeing to them, so please read them before you book.

If you don't agree with something here, please don't use the site, and call us before you sign anything so we can talk it through. You can start from our home page or reach us through the contact page.

What we do

We're an insulation contractor in Perris, CA, and we work in homes and commercial buildings in Perris and the cities around it. Our work includes spray foam, blown-in and attic insulation, air sealing, insulation removal, and crawl space insulation and vapor barriers. You can read more about who we are on our about page.

We're licensed and insured. The descriptions on this site explain how the work usually goes. They aren't a promise that every method fits every house, because the right approach depends on what we find when we look at yours.

Estimates and pricing

Estimates are free and done on site, and there's no obligation to hire us afterward. We respond to requests within 1 business day.

Your price comes from what we see in your attic, walls or crawl space, including how much old material is up there, how hard the space is to reach and which material you choose. A written estimate is good for the period it states. After that, we may need to look again before we hold the price.

Some problems only show once the work is open, such as old insulation that's wet or full of droppings, hidden damage to framing or wiring that isn't safe to cover. When that happens we stop, show you what we found and explain your options. We don't do extra work or add charges until you approve the change.

Scheduling and cancellation

We'll set a start date with you and give you an idea of how long the crew will be at your house. Weather, material delivery and conditions we find on the job can move the schedule, and if that happens we'll tell you as soon as we know.

Please give us clear access to the attic, crawl space or work area on the day, and move vehicles, stored items or pets that are in the way. For foam jobs, we'll tell you when you and your family need to leave and when it's safe to come back, and you agree to follow those instructions.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, call us at (951) 418-3036 as early as you can. If we've already ordered special materials or arrived to start work, we may charge for those costs, as your written estimate or agreement states. California law may also give you the right to cancel certain home improvement contracts within a set time after signing, and nothing in these terms takes that right away.

Payment

Payment is due on the terms written in your estimate or agreement. If a deposit is required, the agreement will say how much and when.

If a payment is late, we may pause remaining work until the account is current. You're responsible for reasonable costs we have to pay to collect an unpaid balance, to the extent California law allows.

Our guarantee and what it doesn't cover

We stand behind our work, and if something isn't right with the job we did, call us and we'll come back and look. Any written warranty we give you for a specific job is the one that applies to that job.

We can't promise a certain drop in your power bill or a set temperature in any room, because those depend on your house, your equipment and how you use them. Our work also doesn't cover problems we didn't create, such as roof leaks, plumbing leaks, pests or damage that happens after we leave. Apart from any written warranty, the website and our services are provided as they are, without other guarantees, to the extent the law allows.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as lost income, lost use of a room or other costs that come after a job. Our total responsibility for any claim about our work is limited to the amount you paid us for that work.

Nothing here limits responsibility that California law doesn't let a business limit, such as for injury caused by our negligence.

Settling a disagreement

If you're unhappy with anything, call us first, because most problems get fixed faster in a conversation than in a letter. If we can't settle it that way, we both agree to try mediation in good faith before going to court.

If a dispute still isn't settled, it will be heard in the California state courts for the county where we did the work.

Governing law

These terms and any work we do for you are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you accept an estimate is the one that applies to that job.

If you have a question about any of this, reach us through our contact page or call (951) 418-3036, and we'll walk you through it.
